Profiles   Tom Skare:    Skare Law Office, S.C. was founded March, 2004, by Thomas M. "Tom" Skare. Tom received his Juris Doctorate degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1987. After clerking for one year for the Judges in the District Courthouse in Duluth, he joined a Law Firm in Cloquet in 1988. After 16 years of successfuly representing people, he left that firm to start Skare Law Office, S.C. to continue to provide help and representation to people.   Tom helps injured people with claims arising out of collisions or other incidents. He was named a Super Lawyer in 2002 / 2003 by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine - an honor conferred on only 5% of practicing attorneys in Minnesota. Tom is also a nationally certified civil trial specialist - certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy after gaining the necessary experience, meeting their qualification requirements, and passing an examination designed to ascertain a lawyer's expertise in the area of civil trial litigation.   Tom Skare is a professional, experienced and qualified trial attorney. Eric Gunderson:   Eric is our in-house investigator. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and the FBI National Academy. Eric was with the Minnesota State Patrol for 29 years. He then went on to organize and deliver Dale Carnegie training to hundreds of participants. He recently graduated the first ever Dale Carnegie training program for high school students in Minnesota. He has raised three children with his wife Eileen in the Moose Lake community where they have lived for the past 35 years. He enjoys traveling, canoeing, and amateur radio. Luann Danger   Luann is our Legal Secretary. She keeps all the paper work flowing smoothly. She comes to us after being in the military for 8 years, and spending 5 years in the medical field. She was born and raised in Cloquet, where all her family still resides. She graduated from Cloquet High School & then went on to get degrees from Fond Dulac Community College and St. Scholastica. She has been married for eight years and has one daughter. She enjoys collecting Angels & Dolphins, and spending time with her family and pets. This site The Web
